Flooring is as important a choice as artwork, colors, or fabrics. Flooring anchors your room. It is the base of all that you build. When selecting flooring for your home, you can choose from wood, stone, tile or carpet. Reclaimed wood such as antique heart pine is a great choice when you want a to create the feel of the Lowcountry. Marble is also a great flooring choice, but should be paired with other details that keep the room from feeling cold. Carpet is the perfect surface for bedrooms.

Mirrors can enhance your interior by bouncing light into dark areas. They can be placed to make a room appear larger or simulate a window. You can also use them to reflect scenes from outside the house or on the other side of the room. Mirrors are an important element in every home.</ p>

You can add distinctive architectural elements to your home using cast stone. It can be colored and molded to suit your decorating scheme.</ p>

According to Cast Stone Institute (R), Cast Stone is a masonry product that provides ornamental or functional features to buildings and other structures. It is made from fine and coarse aggregates, Portland cement, mineral oxide color pigments, chemical admixtures and water. Not surprising then, Cast Stone products are available in virtually any color, and will give the appearance of a variety of natural building stones including but not limited to limestone, granite, slate, travertine or marble. Applications for Cast Stone range from the simplest windowsills to the most complicated architectural elements.</ p>
