Today marks International Women’s Day, and so we are celebrating our president, Sue Mac Ridgeway!
Sue Mac’s background is deeply rooted in interior and furniture design. She learned style and good taste from her mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother- all who were known as arbiters of taste and style. Growing up, she traveled to the North Carolina Furniture Market and the Atlanta Merchandise Mart as a buying assistant for her mothers’ furnishings store. Sue Mac later attended the Fashion Institute of America, Massey Jr. College where she was channeled into their Interior Design program.
As founder of Divine Creations LLC., Sue Mac approaches each design job individually. As her goal is to fully help the client achieve their desires, she gets to know her clients well and learns about their lifestyle. In doing so, she works with builders and contractors in many different capacities, such as project management, decor and design, or as supervisor. Whether the project is a rehab of a historic Charleston home, redesign of a beach-front vacation home, condo or a new home in Mt. Pleasant’s I’On, Sue Mac can do it all! Featured on Houzz as “Charleston County’s Client Focused & Highly Dedicated Interior Designer,” Sue Mac is 110% committed to achieving the results her clients have come to expect.
Today, on International Women’s Day, we celebrate Sue Mac and women leaders everywhere. We are so fortunate to be led by the best!
